Indian Airforce Airmen Intake 02/2027 Medical Assistant Education Qualification
- Medical Assistant Trade (With 10+2): Candidate must have passed 10+2/Intermediate examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects from a recognized board of Central, State or Union Territory. It is mandatory to have at least 50% marks in the aggregate and 50% marks in English also.
- Vocational Courses: Candidate must have passed two years vocational course with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects from a recognized Board/Council. In this also 50% marks in aggregate and English are mandatory.
- Candidates having Diploma/B.Pharma/B.Sc in Pharmacy: Candidate must have passed 10+2/Intermediate level with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with at least 50% marks (both in aggregate and English).Additionally, a minimum of 50% marks in a Diploma/B.Pharma/B.Sc. in Pharmacy is required. Valid registration with a State Pharmacy Council or the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) at the time of enrollment is mandatory.
Important Notes:- Only the exact percentage before the decimal point will be considered in the marksheet (for example: 49.99% will be considered as 49% only, it will not be rounded off to 50%).

- Medical Assistant Trade (Applying with 10+2): Candidate must be unmarried and must have been born between 01 July 2006 and 01 July 2010 (both dates inclusive).
Medical Assistant Trade (Applying with Diploma/B.Pharma/B.Sc in Pharmacy):
- Unmarried: Unmarried candidate must be born between 01 July 2003 and 01 July 2008 (both dates inclusive).
- Married: Married candidates must be born between 01 July 2003 and 01 July 2006 (both dates inclusive).

Indian Airforce Airmen Intake 02/2027 Medical Assistant Exam Syllabus
- The duration of the exam will be 45 minutes and will consist of English subject of 10+2 level and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).
- One mark will be awarded for each correct answer and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Indian Airforce Airmen Intake 02/2027 Medical Assistant PET/PST
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT): It consists of a 1.6 km run (time limit as per age: 7 minutes for up to 21 years and 7 minutes 30 seconds for above).
- This will be followed by a test of 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups and 20 squats.
- Adaptability Test-I & II: This test is conducted to ensure whether the candidates are able to adapt to the Air Force environment and working conditions.
Indian Airforce Airmen Intake 02/2027 Medical Assistant Height, Weight & Chest
- Height: The minimum height has been fixed at 152 cm for both Medical Assistant and Medical Assistant (Pharmacist) trades.
- Weight: The weight of the candidate should be proportionate to his/her height and age (as prescribed by Indian Air Force standards).
- Chest: The chest should be well developed. The minimum chest circumference should be 77 cms and the chest expansion should be at least 05 cms.
