CISF Invites Application for Paramedical Staff 2026 Exam Syllabus
It will be an OMR or Computer Based Test (CBT) carrying 100 marks and will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours. The exam will be of objective type and questions related to the concerned trade will be asked in it.

Candidates who qualify the written examination will be judged on the basis of height, chest and weight standards.

Weight: Weight should be proportionate to height and age as prescribed in the medical standards. Final weight will be checked at the time of medical examination (DME/RME).

Basic Vocational Aptitude Test – BVAT: This test will be conducted to assess the suitability of the candidate for the job and it will be qualifying in nature.
Medical Examination: In the final stage, the physical and medical fitness of the candidates will be examined by the Medical Board.This includes a Detailed Medical Examination (DME) and a Review Medical Examination (RME) if required.

- Applications will be accepted online only on the official website https://cisfrectt.cisf.gov.in. Applications submitted by any other mode (e.g., postal mail, email, or by hand) will not be accepted.
- Before applying, you will have to do ‘One-Time Registration’ on the website, for which mobile number and email ID will be required.
- After registration, log in using your provisional ‘Registration ID’ and ‘Password’.
- Fill all the required information asked in the form carefully.
- Upload a recent colour passport size photograph (with the date of photograph clearly printed) and scanned signature.
- Upload scanned copies (in PDF format, less than 1 MB) of age proof (10th certificate) and educational qualification related documents.
